Shipping & Return Policies

Order Processing

Most orders are processed in 2-4 business days.

 

Shipping Process

The shipping cost for your items will show up on the checkout page for your order. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days via USPS. I do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Currently, I only ship to the US and its territories. Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you need to make updates to your order after it has already been placed, please notify me no later than 4 hours after placing the order, and email me at info@sevansa.com with your order number and desired changes.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier has scanned the package.

  

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

I currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses.

 

Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of Sevansa products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted (except on products that
arrived to you damaged). However, I stand behind the quality of Sevansa products and your satisfaction matters. So please contact me at info@sevansa.com to seek a resolution.

 

Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damaged product, along with your order number to info@sevansa.com
within 3 days of receiving your item. The photos are necessary for me to submit a claim to USPS or UPS. Please do not mail the damaged product back to me.

 

Refund Policy

Once your damaged good claim is approved, you will receive a refund. Your refund will be returned to your original form of payment.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
